Located in the historic center of Sintra and, as a result of a magnificent architectural project by Francisco Aires Mateus, the ERPI in Quinta de Santo António was born. In collaboration with our client and developer Grupo ACA, the entire project was supplied with TRIA fire-rated doors – wooden doors (S and H Series) and metal doors (RF and COMPLAN Series). In addition, we installed our smoke vent COVIA and the fire stopping system.
This structure is intended for senior individuals, with and without autonomy, who in this space will have all the biopsychosocial support and health care they need at this stage of their life. In addition to the comfort and safety that these facilities will provide, they will have the charming village of Sintra as their daily landscape.
