TRIA tested, successfully,the fire resistant doors of the RF series (with crushed rim) and W series

TRIA has carried out the fire-resistance testing of the Series RF Doors with crushed rim and also the W Series with one and two leaves.

The tests were conducted in the APPLUS fire-resistance laboratory on May 22^nd and 23^th of 2019 with extraordinary results, which exceeded the expectations, thus allowing TRIA, from now on, can respond to a wider range of fire resistance requirements in the market and in the international markets where it operates.

Tested in accordance with the European Standards, these doors have exceeded exposure to a demanding and strict temperature regime, the ISO 834 curve, thus confirming its capacity to meet the demanding fire safety requirements in buildings. The new classification reports obtained from these trials will be made available soon. as well as all updated technical documentation.

These tests are part of an extensive revalidation program of new tests that the D&D Department of TRIA is carrying out with a view to presenting innovative solutions produced in Portugal that add value to the projects and meet the current requirements arising from the new standards and new requirements associated with Regulation (EU) of Construction Products (RPC).
