Single leaf hinged

Hinged metal door with coplanar leaf and frame on both sides. Frame is made on bended electro-zinc coated steel profiles (1,5mm thickness) welded to each other.
It contains an intumescent and acoustic seal across all periphery. The leaf, with a stop on the three sides of the frame, consists of two panels in 1.25 mm thick electroplated steel sheet coated with 4mm MDF and incorporates thermal and acoustic insulating materials.
An automatic sealing seal is built into the threshold. Leaf movement by hidden pivoting system 90-135-3D, with three axis adjustment and concealed inside the framed. It has a high security automatic lock with three locking points, this lock automatically activates the hooks when closing the door.
